Munich, May 23, 2017. With its relocation to new offices at PHOENIX See scheduled for early 2019, KPS is creating space for further growth and intensive collaboration with customers here in Dortmund. Customers will have the opportunity to gain an insight into the design process at specially constructed design centers.
KPS is pointing the way for the location and further growth by relocating its Dortmund offices to the new PHOENIX See district. In future, Europe’s leading consultancy specialized in retail business transformation will have almost twice as much space available with over 8,000 m2.
The offices directly located in Dortmund’s new landmark development – which is currently attracting many renowned companies – not only provide an excellent location but also create new opportunities for KPS customers. The new premises on the lake reflect our open corporate culture, while enabling new forms of collaboration.
Two design centers give customers the opportunity to gain insights into the design process and to participate, for example, in the development of new websites. At its process factory, KPS is providing its customers with space for project work and process realignment.
“The relocation takes account of our constant growth. Above all, the new offices reflect our open corporate culture and offer opportunities for intensive exchange with our customers,” explained Uwe Grünewald, a member of the KPS Supervisory Board.
The “Kontor am Kai”, a residential and office development designed by the Kleihues+Kleihues architectural studio, will be completed by the construction and real estate company Freundlieb in the first quarter of 2019. “We’re delighted that KPS, a leading consultancy company in Europe, has decided to relocate to “Kontor am Kai”,” underlined Jens Freundlieb, who manages the family-owned company with Michael and Christian Freundlieb.
